Chef Alex is born and raised in Paris. He comes from a warm and hospitable family where food has always been important, his family will always be his greatest inspiration to date.
At the age of 16 Alex had the opportunity to join the three Michelin star restaurant “Plaza Athene” in Paris for a two-month internship. This internship lead to a 5-year work experience at two Michelin star restaurants “Lasserre" and "Le Carre des Feuillants”.
He gained more experience at different Michelin star restaurants, but now Alex is excited to further develop his own creativity and to find his own style. To Alex, decorating the plate is like making a painting. Taste and presentation are almost equally important. Alex loves to use contrasting textures to create unique combinations of flavours.
