We are looking for an hotelier with entrepreneurship mindset who desires to grow its skills as leading manager in daily operations, back office reporting & analysis, and finally entrepreneurial skills.
The ideal candidate main responsibility is to support our vision to get Michelin Star at the Villa Coucou, best gastronomic restaurant & cocktail bar in the Hague.
Previous experiences in hospitality with either 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants is needed.
English fluency in writing and speaking skills needed only. Dutch & French a plus.
The ideal candidate is able to manage daily operational tasks and report under the responsibility of our Director.
You will be leading a team of 5 Chefs de rang in our gastronomic restaurant and one Mixologist at our Cocktail Bar.
A previous experience in bartending classic & creative cocktails is a plus to keep up the high level of service and cocktail creations under your supervision.
This experience requires flexibility in terms of responsibilities due to small structure, yet with high opportunities of management and high reward long term due to more openings coming up in the Hague with same young, vibrant and passionate owners that look to delegate responsibilities while developing.
Your leadership skills will strengthen our ambitious team, with a common goal is to maintain consistent guest experience throughout high level of focus on team member training, motivation and happiness at work to all fully commit towards the same goals.

– Compensation based on knowledge and experience, up to €3000.
