We’re delighted to having you back at the Villa for another memorable Christmas dinner!

As we have been working on some festive 8 course dinner and its pairings, we are thrilled to share with you our exclusive menu at first on this channel for all of our loyal guests.

This festive Christmas dinner is spread over the three Christmas days (24th, 25th, 26th). Yes, indeed, exceptionally open on the Sunday 26th too, so you all may enjoy our Chef’s creative culinary journey for this special occasion no matter the date.

Whether amongst friends, family or colleagues we will boast two private dining rooms for these evenings and our main dining area for smaller venues. Due to the exclusivity of our Christmas dinner and its limited amount of 40 guests as capacity for each evening, these memorable dishes and pairings are at a rate of 175e per person together.

As always hand-made from fresh ingredients and creatively thought by our Chef Alexandre, all these dishes are responsibly chosen, mostly locally sourced and representing our view of contemporary french hospitality.

This festive dinner will include:

A glass of Champagne upon arrival, 8 course Christmas dinner with its wine arrangements.

– Sea urchin – Jerusalem artichoke – Coffee
– Lobster – Wagyu Beef – Caviar
– Sea bass – Aubergine – Lemon Caviar
– Foie Gras – Jurançon – Poire
– Scalops – Butternut – Chestnut
– Pigeon – Beetroot – Hibiscus
– Fougeru – Truffle – Mustard
– Chocolate – Passion Fruit – Tonka

Will you join us on the 24th, 25th or 26th of December for a festive dinner?

You will have the opportunities to enjoy this festive evenings with us by choosing in between 18:30 or 19:30. To be reminded that our Cocktail bar will still be open from 17:00 if interested in starting with a festive cocktail or finish up with it by the end of your evening. Booking recommended for a table at Franky’s cocktail bar.

After navigating through these difficult times, we still consider space in between our guests a priority. Inside or outside the Villa we are never short of space, so creating the perfect setting for our 40 guests in the restaurant is relatively comfortable for all of us.
